The EUFam’s MPI-Luxembourg Team is glad to share the Report on Internationally Shared Good Practices.
This report has been drafted following the EUFam’s International Exchange Seminar, which took place in Luxembourg on 11-12 May 2017. Selected academics, judges, practitioners, and civil servants have been invited to exchange their views and experience in order to highlight strengths and shortcomings of the relevant European Union Private International Law Regulations in family matters.
