Italian report on good practices

The EUFam’s University of Verona Team is glad to share the Italian report on good practices.

This report has been drafted following the Italian exchange seminar, which took place in Verona on 14 July 2016. Selected academics, judges and practitioners have been invited to exchange their views and experience in order to highlight strengths and shortcomings of the relevant European Union Private International Law Regulations in family matters. In addition, a Portuguese expert attended the seminar in order to refer on the application of the Regulations in that Member State. The seminar was held under Chatham House Rule and, therefore, the names of the participants are undisclosed and their view is anonymised.

Starting today, the Italian report on good practices is freely available for download and consultation.
